SC-EDH/SC-ED4 - Control of MFC/MFM and UR for gases

  • Connection via a D-Sub 9 pin connector: SC-EDH

SC-EEH/SC-EE4 - These cables are designed for connecting MFC/MFM and UR for gases with their special power supplies and display/setting units

  • Connection via a D-Sub 9 pin connector: SC-EEH
  • Connection via a round connector: SC-EE4
  • Standard cable lengths: 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 m

SC-EAH/SC-EA4 - These special cables are designed for controlling and driving MFC/MFM and UR for gases exclusively by an external signal (each cable has a single wire on one side)

  • Connection via a D-Sub 9 pin connector: SC-EAH
  • Connection via a round connector: SC-EA4
  • Standard cable lengths: 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 m
